AMAZING Puff pastry Rolled with CHAKCHOUKA


Chakchouka (شكشوكة), Chekchuk, Chukchuk and Chuchuk in Morocco and Algeria, Chakchouka in Tunisia, is a dish prepared in the Maghreb. It is a kind of ratatouille or fried peppers or green peppers or red, tomatoes, onions and to which are added at the end of the eggs. Şakşuka in Turkey is a different dish made with vegetables cooked in olive oil. It is eaten cold and does not contain an egg. ( Wikipedia)

  • 1 green pepper
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 cloves of garlic salt pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
